Could this be about to happen again?... 'How $60 become $176,800.

This is not something I do, but I’m making an exception this time.

Firstly, let me be clear, I am not a financial advisor, or an accountant and not a director of this company I'm about to tell you about. This information is based on my own personal experience, my own research and my own investment decisions. Everyone reading this information MUST do their own due diligence, consult their own advisors and make up their own mind on what they do and don't do. I'm here to share an idea, and my findings that I think are worth sharing.

This little-known Australian company 'Openn' is gaining real momentum in North America, covering Canada and the US, giving them access to 1.7 million agents and 7 million property sales per annum. (To put that in perspective Australia has 45,000 agents and reportedly 410,000 homes are sold each year.)

What I'm sharing with anyone that is interested, is what I believe to be the easiest, cheapest and least active way to turn $56 dollars into $560, to $1000 and possibly so much more.

If I'm right, we could very well see a reoccurrence of what happened to investors who purchased shares in Realestate.com.au (REA) in Sept 2001 when they were at.06 cents. Those shares hit a high of $176.80 and now trade at around $140.00. Therefore buying 1000 shares in REA in Sept 2001 would have cost you $60 and that $60 hit a value of $176,800 dollars in Nov 2021, and today those shares are worth $140,000.

For me, I believe Openn is positioning itself to be every bit as valuable as REA and due to technology advancements and social media I believe they can achieve it in way less time. 

If history was to repeat itself, then buying OPN stock now while it is still so cheap makes perfect sense to me.

At the time of writing this post, $56.00 buys you 1000 shares.

This is an opportunity, to invest in this little-known Australian company (OPN)on the ASX that is solving a significant global property transaction issue, TRANSPARENCY and EQUALITY.

Now, I know some of you may be sceptical and that's fair enough.

Personally, I've been using this company's online services for 3 years, and the results we have been able to achieve for our clients are remarkable.

In the next 6 -12 months, I believe there is real potential to see the start of significant gains in value. 

The growth potential I believe is not in Australia, even though this is where it all started. For me, it is about the North American market where the Openn platform is being embedded into mainstream real estate sales. As of April 2023 new legislation is being introduced to stamp out blind bidding.  

OPENN is revolutionizing the property industry with its disruptive technology. They have a sustainable competitive advantage and are backed by a competent and trustworthy management team with a clear vision for the future. That said, there are still no guarantees in business, no one can predict the future.

Is the company profitable? No not yet, and for good reason. I'll explain this in more detail and why it doesn't concern me in an upcoming post on just this topic.  

Openn, has reached several milestones, including becoming the first Australian tech company to be granted a US patent covering how they facilitate and manage properties sold online in the US. They have just launched into the US and Canada after running extensive pilot programs over the last 12 months and are now ready to scale up as of the end of March 2023. They have agreements in place and access to more than 1 million agents in North America as of March 2023.

Personally, I believe they have every potential to surpass REA owned by News Corp in the years to come or become a very big thorn in REA’s side that would force News Corp to attempt a buyout.  Put it this way, if News Corp aren't buying a truckload of Openn stock right now they should be.

So, why invest now?  my view is, if the value of 1000 shares is currently $56 at the time of writing this, it's the cheapest and potentially greatest investment opportunity available anywhere at this low price. With inflation and the cost of living out of control, everybody needs to start considering ways to secure their financial future, and this is one way I believe everyone can try if they like for just $56.

As a parent with two gorgeous adult children who each have an equally gorgeous grandchild, I secured shares for each of them and tucking them away.

In terms of personal experience, I can confidently say that I've been using this company's services since before they listed on the ASX, and the financial results have been remarkable for my clients. As a business managing this process has been equally as impressive, assisting us to maximise the returns for our vendors and have our buyers pay fairly and transparently for the property they want to buy.

My aim here is to share this information with you and let you decide what to do with it. Remember, this is just my opinion and not advice, and you should always consult with your own advisors.

If you're interested in investing in OPENN, I'd recommend starting with what you can afford to lose so start low. Any growth above bank rates right now that has even greater potential makes more sense to me than leaving money sitting in the bank earning nothing. Let's hope one day soon your small investment doubles in value that's a win, or gets as high as say $1000. or who knows one day hits $150,000 dollars or more. Of course, there are no guarantees in life, but if you live long enough to enjoy the spoils of this investment, so will thousands of others from sharing this message.

REA took 10 years to get to $10 when Australia had less than 20% internet connection. By year 13 and 14 REA's stock price hit $50 per share.

In 2023 Australia's internet connectivity is now 97%
